Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Crown999 ("Crown999", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the Crown999 online gaming platform available at https://crown999.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

Crown999 operates an online casino and sports betting platform offering live dealer games, slot titles, table games, sports wagering, lottery, bingo, and poker. The Platform is operated under international online gaming licensing. Crown999 does not hold, and makes no representation of holding, any licence issued by Malaysian domestic authorities. No such licensing framework currently exists for online gambling in Malaysia.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the individual registered member account created by a User on the Crown999 Platform.
• "Account Balance" means the aggregate of funds standing to the credit of a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a User's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification process Crown999 conducts to confirm a User's identity, age, and source of funds in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User via an approved payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, live dealer tables, software, content, support channels, and related features provided by Crown999.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it and any resultant winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Platform" means the Crown999 website accessible at https://crown999.cam including all sub-pages, mobile-responsive interfaces, and associated software.
• "We / Us / Company" refers to Crown999 and its affiliated operating entities.

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Crown999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Services:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Crown999 strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement in accordance with international responsible gaming standards. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal guardianship, conservatorship, or similar arrangement that limits your legal capacity, you are not eligible to register.
• Personal Registration: You may only register one Account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Not a Crown999 Employee: Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Crown999 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using Crown999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Crown999 does not serve users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Problem Gambling Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling services, whether on Crown999 or through any external self-exclusion scheme. Knowingly circumventing a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of Services offered by Crown999, you are required to register a Member Account by completing the online registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide a valid username, email address, date of birth, and contact details during registration. All information provided must be truthful and accurate. Submitting false information, including a fictitious date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Crown999 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request or, where circumstances warrant, at any other point during a User's membership. KYC documentation may include a copy of a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), a proof of current residential address, and, in certain cases, evidence of the source of deposited funds. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal processing.

4.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Crown999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify Crown999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of Account security by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms in their entirety, Crown999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

5.1 Acceptable Use

• Access the Platform solely for lawful personal gaming entertainment.
• Fund your Account using payment methods registered in your own name only. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Online Banking.
• Maintain only one (1) registered Account per individual at any time.
• Cooperate fully with any KYC or compliance request made by Crown999.
• Use the self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools provided if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.

5.2 Platform Access

Crown999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical incidents, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. Crown999 shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform unavailability outside of its reasonable control.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Crown999 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion and to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit that triggers risk or compliance thresholds.

Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX are typically credited within minutes. Occasional delays due to third-party payment processing are outside Crown999's control, and we accept no liability for such delays.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the Crown999 Account. Crown999 targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for approved requests via DuitNow and FPX; however, actual processing times may vary depending on the receiving institution and the fulfilment of any applicable KYC requirements.

Crown999 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount, to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, and to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6.3 Currency

All Accounts are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by Crown999. Deposits made in any other currency will be converted to MYR at Crown999's prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

Crown999 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

Crown999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of duplicate accounts or the exploitation of software errors, will be cancelled and the associated account may be suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the Crown999 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or any other product — are subject to the specific game or market rules displayed at the point of play, as well as the general provisions below.

8.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip or game round has commenced, it is final and cannot be amended or withdrawn by the Player. Crown999 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a technical error, data feed fault, or manifest odds pricing error.

8.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and boxing — are governed by Crown999's Sports Betting Rules. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the live data feed. Crown999 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event.

8.3 Casino & Live Dealer

Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live physical dealing in the case of live dealer products. Published RTP percentages reflect theoretical long-run returns and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Crown999 does not manipulate game results.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a connection failure during a game round or live bet, Crown999's server logs shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Bets placed before disconnection remain valid. Crown999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from internet connection failures outside its infrastructure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Crown999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in any of the following:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, algorithms, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — intentionally or otherwise — to generate credits or winnings in a manner not intended by Crown999.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to obscure the origin of funds deposited.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or identities.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials to any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward Crown999 staff or other players via any support or communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Crown999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, data, and multimedia — is the exclusive intellectual property of Crown999 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Crown999.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Crown999 and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crown999, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

Crown999's total aggregate liability to any individual User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Crown999 Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Crown999 does not warrant that the Platform is free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, nor that any defects will be corrected. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Crown999

Crown999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to satisfy KYC requirements; receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction; or compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.

12.2 Termination by the User

You may close your Crown999 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, Crown999 will process any eligible Account Balance for withdrawal, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the clearance of any active bonus wagering obligations.

12.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion periods and options are detailed in our Responsible Gambling Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crown999 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and Crown999, you agree to first contact Crown999's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as specified by Crown999, or to the courts of the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Crown999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances warrant.

Amendments to These Terms

Crown999 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Crown999 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where practicable, Crown999 may also notify registered Users of significant changes via email or a Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

We strongly recommend that you review these Terms periodically — at minimum on each occasion you visit the Platform — to ensure you remain familiar with the current version.
